Greensboro Community Project

Students were asked to design a multi-family development that produces income based on their own choice of group. We were given the choice of Senior Living, Student Apartments, Regular Apartments, or a Community Center.

- In AtuoCAD Revit 2018, I created a Senior Living Devlopment

- Imported components

-Completed site plans

-Met Zoning Standards for that particular lot

-Parking Lot Requirements

-Cost Analysis for Development and came up with my own suitable rent value.
